Colin  Tanner

Sunday morning specialist & versatile forward, Colin Tanner is a cabinet maker. He made his Championship debut against Éire Óg in 2003. Colin's favourite food is curranty buns. His favourite TV show is Ear To The Ground while his favourite pastime is thumbing. Colin also enjoys playing darts and golf. He considers his greatest sporting achievement to be winning the Under 12 Mid Cork at the age of 6, which is a long time ago now. His best club memory is winning the Junior C Football Championship. Colin considers Danny Cronin to be among the best club players he has ever seen. If Colin could change one thing in GAA - it would be to reduce the numbers of players on each team to 13 & have no Sunday morning trainings. When he was younger, he wanted to be a lighthouse keeper. The person he'd most like to meet is Danny Cronin, while he considers the best invention ever to be Patch's(Creedon) taxi. Marooned on a desert island, Colin could not be without a bucket and spade. You may not know this but Colin is secretly good at welly throwing.
