Naomh Olaf Girls Academy Open Day Sunday 2 April 11:00   31/03/2017

Naomh Olaf Girls Academy Open Day Sunday 2 April 11:00

The Naomh Olaf Girls Academy are building up to their Open Day on Sunday, 2nd April at 11:00. This is an opportunity for new players to join our Academy on the day and have fun and be with friends through Gaelic games.  The Open Day will kick off with Zumba with Wendy Kirwan followed by fun exercises, face painting and an introduction to football and camogie.  We are encouraging all players in the Academy to bring school friends and neighbours and we are in contact with all local schools this week to promote.  On Sunday, registration starts at 11:00, with activities running from 11:15 to 12:30.  If you have a daughter falling into the 2010, 2011 or 2012 age group, bring them along, we will be delighted to see them.

Gaelic games  for girls have been going from strength to strength in the last twenty years and nowhere more so than in Naomh Olaf GAA Club.  Serving primarily the areas of Sandyford, Dundrum and Balally, but welcoming girls from all areas, the club, through its games, provides a healthy, social outlet for young girls and boys.  At present the Girls Academy train on a Sunday morning and this Sunday offers the opportunity for young girls to come to Naomh Olaf GAA Club in the Sandyford Industrial Estate, experience what we have to offer, join in the fun and make new friends.  So parents, don't be afraid, come on down to the Naomh Olaf GAA Club Girls Academy on Sunday at 11:00 with your young daughter, bring her friends and see what is on offer.
