Following their fine victory over Cork in the Munster Final, the Kerry Junior team will travel with a degree of confidence when taking on Waterford in Dungarvan in the All Ireland semi final on this Saturday at 2pm.
Kerry have scored a total of 3-33 in their two victories over Tipperary and Cork while conceding 1-19 in those games and their opponents, Wexford, have been even more prolific when scoring a total of 7-39 and conceding 0-29 in their three victories over Wicklow, Longford and Meath.
Based on those stats, it promises to be a lively encounter in Fraher field and no doubt it will form a stiff test foe Stephen Wallaceâs side who report a clean bill of health with Liam Kearney returning from injury and another of last yearâs minors, Killian Spillane joining the squad.
The Kerry team is due to be named on Thursday night.
