Boyles Sports Night of Champions exceeds all expectations 2015-06-20 14:24:00

Night at the Dogs exceeds all expectations

Last Friday night at The Kingdom Greyhound Stadium Tralee was the sixth  annual “Night of Champions” and it lived up to all  its expectation. Young and old Kerry GAA supporters mingled with the Kerry GAA Football and Hurling Stars led by Captains Kieran Donaghy and John Griffin . They also met The Rose Of Tralee, The Sam Maguire and Christy Ring Cups and  all their friends and rivals normally met at GAA pitches! The Buzz was electric all night long with a big attendance .

The staging of this event would not have been possible without the support of Sponsors, Clubs, Members,  the GAA public and Declan Dowling and The Kingdom Greyhound Stadium who host  this very important fundraiser each year for the Kerry GAA Teams.

All monies from the proceeds from The Night of Champions goes to the Kerry teams training fund and the past year has been a very successful one winning the All Ireland Senior and Minor Football Finals and two Senior Hurling  Titles the most recent being the Christy Ring Cup. All the cup from 2014 and 2015 were on display at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium and the supporters were taking photos with the cups and players till dusk and after.
