Kerry 6-27 Kildare 0-9Kerry cruised to an emphatic 6-27 to 0-9 over Kildare in the Christy Ring Cup semi final in Newbridge today to set up a final appearance in Croke Park on Saturday next. Three first half goals from Mikey Boyle saw Kerry lead by 19 points at the break, 3-13 to 0-3, against a side that had been reduced to 14 men approaching the interval.
Kerry continued in the same vein on the restart and further goals from Shane Nolan, Padraig Boyle and Colum Harty had Kerry home and hosed long before the final whistle.
Kerry play the winners of the Derry in the final which will be played in Croke Park on Saturday next the 6th June at 5:30

The Kerry Senior Hurling Team to play Kildare in the Christy Ring Cup Semi Final in Newbridge on Saturday (2pm) shows 4 changes in personnel from the side that defeated Meath in their last game; Stephen Murphy is preferred in goal instead of James Logue, Rory Horgan comes into the defence in place of Patrick Kelly who is club tied, Michael OâLeary who was exam-tied for the Meath game, comes into the half forward line in place of Adrian Royle and Davy Butler replaces Philip Lucid at corner forward.

Kerry travel to Newbridge on Saturday for the Christy Ring Semi Final in what is a repeat of last yearâs final a game won by the Lily Whites on a 4-18 to 2-22 scoreline to record their first title in the competition.
Thanks to a drawn first round tie and subsequent replay defeat to London, Kildare have played four games to Kerryâs two in the competition thus far as follows:

Kerry Hurlers take on Kildare in Christy Ring Cup semi final
The Kerry senior hurlers have been drawn away to Kildare in the semi-final of the 2015 Christy Ring Cup. It will go ahead on this Saturday, 30th May in Newbridge with a 2pm throw-in.
The final is scheduled for Saturday week, 6th June in Croke Park [with live TV coverage]. Derry have a home tie with Down in the other semi-final.
The draw for the Semi Final of the Christy Ring Cup sees Kerry travel to Newbridge to take on Kildare on Saturday next at a time to be fixed. Derry play Down in the other semi final in Owenbeg.
